Sinners street/strip turbo project!!!!!!!!!!!!!
01 Sep 2009 23:08
I decided I wanted a KZ I could run on the street as well as on the track, so I traded of my kz900 dragbike I previously posted about in the projects section to a local drag racer for a stretched KZ1000 he had. It needs some work to get it road worthy and pretty enough as well. I lucked out and won a turbo setup on ebay pretty cheap, so it will be going on this bike. I don't have any experience with KZ's but the guy I got it from is cool enough to help me out with any help I need. He has a close tie to the Mr. Turbo company and also turbo'c and nitro's anything he owns. As soon as I can remember how I will post pics of the new bike. Oh and be ready fellas, I'm full of questions already,LOL!!!!!!

Thanks Leon, I'll definitely be riding this one. My poor SV1000 has been collecting dust since my surgery, and when I can ride again its gonna be getting more rest since I got this kz1000,LOL.

I also got a 80 model rolling chassis in the deal, so I'm thinking about trashing the crappy yammy front end on it and put the 80 front end on it. It has the dual disc brakes on it.
