Liquid electrical tape from your local home depot or auto store. coat it, let it dry, repeat until thick enough coating to tightly squeeze into hole on carbs. 1 year or 2K + miles on my 650 without a drip, drop, leak, or anything resembling one.

My Fuel t leaked as well. I Removed the molded rubber and chucked the T in the lathe. I cut 2 slots on each side to accept O-rings. Now it is totally leak free with a much better fit. It's a 5 minute job if you can find somebody with a lathe. I forget the 0-ring # I used, but they are a common size found at any hardware store.

used a wire wheel to get the rubber off, then 3 orings on each side. so far no leaks. I'm a happy guys again. now the only other problem i have is what color to paint it :oD

Hey All, I know its been a while. life goes by fast. I almost dropped the whole project, but I'm back on track and getting a few more things to finish. I got my eye one a cafe seat pan that I like and All I want to use for cusion is some adheasive backed Neopreane. anyone know where i can get it? I know I have seen people use it on there bikes, usually a race bike app.

Try mcmaster for neoprene, might be possible find some glue for it as well.
