If I could put anything I wanted on it, I'd pick 750 turbo throttle bodies bored at Pogue Machine with a stock DFI computer and Pogue regulator

I looked up the data on your head. It flows 71.7 CFM @ .340" lift [GPz cam that you were using]. That's enough for a calculated trapped Ve of 135%. Stock was 59CFM. Doesn't mean it's going to happen
GPz11 Throttle Bodies are over kill. Pogue units flowed about 142CFM with the air box stacks mounted.
I don't know what stock 750 TB's flow but I'll venture a guess at about 110 - 115 CFM.
