Looks great, I like that seat, where did you pick it up from? Need to throw in some brown elsewhere on the bike to balance it out colorwise, but I'm OCD about that crap. Great work!

Thanks mate. The seat is custom, built off of the stock pan and shaved foam. Any decent upholstery shop could replicate it for $100-175.
I plan to add brown grips at some point...or may go back to a black seat...we'll see. I've always wanted to find some slim saddle bags like the Triumph city bags but no one makes em...

Thanks! These Seamless Norton style peashooters sound even better than they look. They have some serious bark to them and the 360deg twin 400 helps give it that awesome Brit style raspy growl

Yeah that seat along with the light cluster on the rear make the bike. You've got a really nice looking retro brat/tracker thing going on. Likens back a bit to the CBs, this is the route I'm going on my next bike.
