Did some more work on the bike, I shortened the effective length of the front forks 19 mm and lowered them another 6 in the triple trees making the bike less chopper-like. Also handles a bit better now, maybe I will experiment with the sag at the rear too but must see where it's @ right now...
I had a modified replica of a Suzuki RG500('73 XR14 model like Barry Sheene rode) seat unit made up, it's wider at the front and a little longer, also a fiberglass seat base. Made some brackets for the rear, still need to order some Dzus fasteners. Made up licence plate bracket and ordered dual taillights.

The mirror is VERY temporarily! I need some nice fairing mirrors.

I am really digging your bike, Robinjo!
My opinion is that some clip-ons would look better, and would allow you to un-butcher the fairing (I think you should keep the fairing).

Kind of on topic found this guy placing a Suzuki motor in one of these frames...Provides some details on frame mounts and such.
