Nice ride. I'm currently making a Z1 clone out of a KZ900. Was wondering how you altered the frame tabs to fit the Z1 side covers? I planned to alter a pair of aftermarket side covers to fit the KZ frame unless it isn't possible. I really don't want to cut the frame. Got any pics?
I had to cut off all of the stock tabs and move them, I dont know if you could do it without cutting/welding your frame.
I'll get a pic this afternoon for you.
