Im jealous! You've managed to do what ive been trying to do for eight years and are giving me insperation to finish mine. Nice work! What size rear tire are you running and what size offset sprocket did you use?

Thanks! I'me glad you like it. The tire is a 190, and as for
sprockets I am still working on that. I will need a 3/8" offset
sprocket for the front, and will need to shave down the rear
sprocket spacer until it will line up. May run into some
problems with the chain hitting the tire, but I will figure that
out when I get there.

Wow. Not only an AWESOME project, but I feel better that I'm not the only one hacking up an old KZ. I am curious... What modifications were necessary to use the GSXR swingarm?
I noticed the offset cogs, but did you need to cut on the frame? Details, please!

76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.
