I will be painting it Kawasaki green:P Kinda make it look like an ELR. I bought a GPZ550 fairing for the front end mod. I can't wait to take it for a ride!!

The bike runs really well considering i still need to sync the carbs and do some work on the jetting.
I modified the the poorly designed choke flappers and that seems to work pretty good. I took the flapper doors out and filled them in with epoxy, then added an additional detent to the choke arm so there is an option for something other than full choke.
The Yoshi header sounds great
I will be machining up a headlight bracket assy. to hold the GPZ 550 headlight and fairing.
What do you think of the Kawasaki green moto-x bars? Not sure if they will stay but at this point i think they look pretty cool.

Its kind of hard to see in the picture but i machined some new covers to replace the smog covers on top of the valve cover.

Way to go, Tom. Looks like it'll be a winner. Just my opinion but the green bars might be just a LITTLE bit over the top ....but it's your bike, so whatever works for you.

Wow...it's coming along beautifully!

And as far as the green bars...they DO stand out,but hey...they'll probably look great(blend in) once the green body-parts are back on.
