Cafe Shoe Project ,KZ750 twin , PICS

I am not real good at posting pics on this site , Not really sure what I am doing wrong ,, Anyway Here are a few of the Links to my project using a GS1100 swing arm and shortening the upper frame rails 3-4 inches

Picture of a stock KZ750 Twin swing arm next to the GS1100 swing arm it is 2 inches longer and 1 wider ..

That is not at all like my projects, I actually see something changing. Like, FORWARD progress! Looks good man. Keep us (dare I say it?) abreast of current happenings.:laugh:

That looks to be coming along rather nicely. Let me guess, the seat is already at your buddy's house that made the custom seat for your mini-bike?

Thanks again Steel for fixing my pics .. What am I doing wrong ? Anyway here is what is happening today , I took all my rear axle stuff to the Machine shop today and went over my ideas with Chris he agreed with me and said it should be done by Tuesday , I also started on the cutting the seat today the whole idea is to keep the stock hinge and seat lock so this is all the further I got ..

nice I had 2 shorten up my seat pan 2 and let me tell you welding it back up with a buss box was no fun yours looks real clean good luck. mine was a rusty pile of crap.

I wish I could see the pics at work- I will subscribe to this thread and view it when I get home- I am about to start on a 750 twin cafe project for my room mate this next week- I do have GSXR 1000 USD forks for it- for a bit of a modern look as well.

I got all the parts back from the machine shop today and thr rear sets are here .. First pic is of the Rear brake holder that got 1/2 longer at the machine shop . The stock one sits beside it , Next pic is of the brake braket bolted on the swing arm , Note the 20mm axle hole was enlarged to 25mm to ft the Brake bracket Hole
