Wookie is correct, Brown from the Ignition Key Switch. The Orange, sometimes Yellow,  goes thru the main wiring harness to a connector block to the LH handlebar switch. That's where the L and R is determined. You'll see a Green and Grey? You need to open up the LH switchblock and have a lookie-see.
I don't think you need to open the switch at this point given that the turn signals illuminate as expected (just don't flash) I would open a cold beer and wait for the incandescent turn signals to arrive which should work as intended with a mechanical flasher unit

I opened it up and I saw the contact points and what not for the switch. I have bad news. Today I found the ground wire for my tail light broken off at a crimp so I reconnected it. After that, I was driving for a while and I noticed when I took a turn that my turn signals on the dash were slowly going out and now they don't work. Nothing. None of my turn signals work anymore.

Edit: i put the old relay back in and now the light up again. I bought the new relay off of z1e and it must have been a crappy China one. I also rewired the original rear turn signals since they arrived in the mail. I still need the front ones.

Got the original signals installed and wallah! They work and blink. Now I just need to figure out why my low beam is on when the dimmer switch is on high beam and vice versa....

Wires are crossed either at the switch or the headlamp (does the High Beam warning light work when the switch is in the high position ?)

The high beam indicator works when the high beam is on,  which is at the low beam position on the dimmer switch.

Has this only started since you took the switch apart?

Okay i looked at the switch and realized that he definitely did not mess with it. I switched the red-yellow and black-red wires at the headlight to see what happened. The high and low beam were aligned with the switch but the high beam indicator stayed the way it was earlier---activated on low and deactivated on high.

This lead me to believe that the wiring for the high beam indicator was messed with. Sure enough, I looked at the bullet connector for the black-red wire behind the headlight it was connected to the yellow-red wire!!!!! the yellow-red and black-red wires were switched. I put them back and everything worked properly. I'm pretty sure that most or all of my electronic troubles have been officially resolved so thank you for your guidance 🙏 😌
