You'll be looking for Mikuni N100.604 series Main jets then. They are like 25 bucks for 4, they actually come in a 4-pack, ha. If it were me, i'd start with 120's so (N100.604-120). Type that into ebay and You'll find them. I like Parts Giant, cheaper and Genuine, none of those EBC/Generic crap. Have to say though, it's just a starting point of excellence. Won't know till you try but from the 107.5 to 120's you'll be going up 5 jet sizes. This will surely take out that "wall" you're hitting and that obnoxious open header, ha.
