Thanks for letting me in! was created by policebikes
Greetings from Sydney, Australia everyone.

I'm passionate about restoring police motorcycles (with the why being a very long, separate post in itself), and am currently putting together both a 1976 Kawasaki Z900 A4 and 1979 Kawasaki Z1000 MK2 A3A.

These are my first two involvements with anything relating to Kawasaki, so be gentle if I ask stupid questions (after having combed the boards using the search feature beforehand, of course).

Welcome from state side Michigan. I have a project post on the complete restoration of my 1976 Kz900 A4. Was yours sold as a European model or US model shipped over. A couple differences on the European vs US would be dual disc brakes and a long rear fender.

We like pictures!

True, but the stupid mistakes are so much more entertaining.
