Just got a 78 Z1R needing a lot of TLC! Nice to see a forum like this. I'm 60-ish, but still have a lot to learn. I will share what I can.
Anyone in the Phoenix area on here?
See you around.

A big AZ welcome from Tucson way! Happy wrenching on your project. When the KZ 650/750 hybrid is finished maybe we can go riding.

Welcome to the club.

Looking at your work area and lift, the Z1r ain't your first rodeo!!! At our age, a bike lift is a MUST!!
Working on a bike on the floor is just so uncivilized.

Good luck with your restoration of a true Kawasaki classic, a first year Z1r.
