And unfortunately, it probably isn't going to happen.

Someone here on KZR figured out that you can manually enter the model. I think maybe it was loudhvx. ???

The "new" Kawasaki website sucks which is a real shame since the old one was really great. I never use it. For info on KZ750-F1 parts I would just go to the link below and click on "Select Assembly". Ed

650Ed,
That is about as easy to use as Partzilla, and it looks like they all use the same diagrams. I still don't see the shifter seal. I wonder if it shows on the chain drive diagrams and is the same for both models?

Hey guys sorry for the delay.

To follow up, I went to kawasaki's website and selected Motorcyle>1983>LTD Shaft. The only option they have for the that year is the KZ750 L3 which I believe is a chain drive.

martin_csr - Thanks for the link tip. Not sure why their site isn't offering the correct models in the fiche options.
I found it odd that even upon the correct model being inserted into the link, the gasket kit is still the one for a chain drive bike.
If you look at the link below, that transmission gasket (#10) is not the right one.

Thanks for all the interest so far

Apparently, Kawasaki isn't that interested in supporting old models any more & I believe it has been reported that they are starting to discontinue some parts that had been recently available.

Is the transmission gasket in another diagram? maybe the front bevel gear diagram? 11060-1052 ???

In the gasket kit diagram there are notes below the drawing. For the bevel gear case It says order 11009-1293 which may be a superseded part number for the -1052 gasket I linked above. 11060-1293

11060-1052 is correct part number for the transmission gasket. I am wondering about the P/N for the secondary shaft seal. Not sure if the original poster was able to locate the seal or not.

He stated above that he replaced the shifter seal & the secondary shaft seal.
I'm not sure what he means when he says secondary shaft. Is that the output shaft or bevel gear shaft? or???

That is Kawasaki's terminology. It is the o-ring (#670) that goes under the Secondary Shaft Plug (92066B).
