Hello,

I thought I should say a proper hello. My Name is Scott and I'm 49 from Southwestern Ontario Canada and a licensed electrician. My current stable is a recently aquired 78 KZ1000 A1 in Luminous Green (just started restoration), 84 900 A1 Ninja in Luminous Polaris Blue/Galaxy Silver CDN only Model plus a 2000 ZX9r E1 and the wife has a 2000 ZX6r. Anyway I'll have a ton of questions through out the resto and hope not to be a PIA. The KZ had sat for 2 yrs stabilized fuel in a garage before i bought it so i got home threw in a battery and it started right up. Right now it sits tore down to engine, forks, swingarm and rear tire. Now one question is the easiest way to remove engine? LOL

Thanks
Scott

Welcome Scott.
Also in Southern Ontario here, just North of Toronto.
I was looking for a thread where a member used a bracket attached to the intake, then hoisted the engine out.
Others chimed in with other engine removal techniques, so will try to link to it.....
