I am one of those that has been lurking on this site for years and have only recently joined so I could post. So I figured I should introduce myself formally.
I have restored and ridden a 1990 zr550 and have since gotten bored and started a kz750e resto-mod, and this site has been the only reason I could have attempted it. I have read almost every page and learned amazing things, so now its time to start a thread on my project so that people can learn from my mistakes.
I have been a member for years at the zephyr-zone.com and a gpz550 forum, so I already recognize some of the same people.

Here are my two bikes. ( Yes.....both are very dusty from winter hibernation.)
