Hello everyone new guy here. I don't have a kz yet but I plan on getting one. I saw.some guys in Florida riding them and I fell in love. I'm not new to bikes I've always had a crotch rocket since high school but I just want something different.

Welcome, you have to be careful with the KZs. They have a tendency to multiply at alarming rates.

Hi obie83:

New kz owner here too. About 4 months now. Got my ride (81) csr 1000 with 5600 miles and have put on about 4800 miles since during these recent dog gone cold months going the long way round  You could say it's an easy ride, very difficult to just have it sitting there. If I could have done it over again, I would have spent more time researching these bikes. Kinda scary sometimes if you are riding far from home and you never know if a seal, gasket, cable, or something else has past it's service life. Lots of TLC, but so far so good.

Cheers.
