New member...introducing myself

Evening all. Been lurking about for a bit and figured I'd introduce myself properly.
Recently aquired a 1982 kz1000 ltd and will be picking away at it over the winter months.
It's a completely stock (minus one mirror) one owner bike that I purchased at a steal of a price. The bike had been put away in a garage in the early 2000s by the previous owner and apparently hadn't run in 10 years. I intended on swapping in modern front forks and swingarm from a zx7 I have laying about but can't bring myself to do it due to the condition it's in. I've settled for lowering the front forks a few inches and buying a honda cm400 that I can take my grinder to.
I've attached a few pics of my current fleet...addicted?
I'm sure I will have plenty of questions in the none to distant future.

Welcome. I had a little Kawasaki 175 like that. Fun little bike. I should have redone the top end and kept it. :(

Welcome.
I also had that little 175cc and broke my thumb on it trying to show off riding it fast on a "real" motocross track! LOL... After healing... went back to my CR125.....

That's how I broke my collar bone. Sand built up next to the creasote bushes and made good jumps. I went through one, the bike stayed and I did the flying W, tried to roll but landed on my shoulder. I had to ride home. :( No more dirt bikes for me.

Dirt is always a fun place to ride...that's where most of us seem to save our stupidity for.
That's actually a 78 km100 that I aquired for the grand sum of $100.
Went to a swapmeet looking for a kawaker tank for wall hanging and found that instead..
Surprisingly runs very well now and is quite quick for a little trail bike.
