Hello- I'm Sinaz and I bought an 81 kz750 Four

Hi!

I just bought me a kz750 in need of a bit of loving. I needed a cheap bike that was relatively close to running to scratch my riding itch while I work on a build in my garage. Found the bike with 24400 miles on it. Thought it looked nice and fun-- I've been wanting to get into early sports bikes, and this one was calling to me.

It's mostly just dirty and grimy. I have to fix a stripped drain and replace blinkers and some rusty handlebars... maybe one of the fork tubes has a bad seal.. could use some new wiring.

Hrmm... I'm a video game designer. So the first thing I did when I got the bike was make a 3D scan of it. That was fun.

I've run out of things to say. I need to start making some restoration related posts now.

Can't wait to ride it!

An oversize drain plug will help if you have stripped threads. If you want a new/used oil pan with good stock threads I've got one you can have for the price of shipping. Message me if you want to discuss and good luck with your project.

Welcome. Something to start with. Looks like the forward motor mount was made for a foot peg.

All sorts. I used to work for Telltale Games as a senior designer. Now I am working with my college buddy who wanted to start a company. Our little team is working on a sci-fi adventure game for Steam, PS4, and maybe XBone.

Actually, it's a top down isometric game. It feels, to me, like a sci-fi dungeon crawl, but with more story and exploration than fighting.
