Chicago KZ parts, Chicagoland rally? was created by cjaldous
Hello all! I'm new to motorcycles and picked up a 77 KZ650 last weekend.

I'm currently waiting on some new coils from Z1.
Is there anywhere local to the Chicagoland area y'all go for parts, oem, aftermarket, etc?
It seems like dynacoils and the like are special order items around here.

Is there any kind of KZ Chicagoland meetup/rally?

Welcome!

So the old Rocker gets out his bike to make a ton before he takes his leave. Up on the A1 by Scotch Corner
just like it used to be. And as he flies --- tears in his eyes ---
his wind-whipped words echo the final take and he hits the trunk road doing around 120 with no room left to brake.

Thanks all!

Jim at Redline got me a dynacoil, he had them in stock.

I'm still waiting to hear from Z1.
Perhaps it's because I didn't order KZ specific parts from them.
