Another New Guy from Minneapolis

Hey, everyone. I'm Grahame, and I live in Minneapolis. Last fall I bought my friend's '74 KZ400, and I finally got around to getting a seal kit for the engine (which I'm learning is harder and harder to find). The top end is disassembled, so this weekend I'm hoping to rebuild it and get a new ignition so I can get it out on the street! Eventually I'll put some drag bars on it with bar-end mirrors. I'd also love to strip the paint on the tank and just have the dinged-up bare metal. We'll see how it goes!

Nice. Good luck on the 400. I have a 76 that is a great little runner as long as you stay off the freeway.
I'm also doing the bare steel look on my xs650 cafe bike.
