New guy from near Sacramento with a 74 KZ400D

I just picked up this bobber from a neighbor of mine. It needs a front brake and getting the frame all cleaned up. It's It's a good bike with Mikuni carbs and a great throttle response.

Put a brake switch, bar end mirrors, oil change, and a headlight on it.

I did notice smoke coming out of my crank case vent tube, though. That is a new occurrence. I've read that a little is normal on hot days but I think I'm gonna do a leak down and compression test and see where I stand. I also have to do my points as well.

Thanks!. I though it would be until I started blowing smoke from the breather and exhaust today on the way to work.... :( not looking forward to the comp test.
