Hello EddieBoy nice to meet you!
Hi Mcdroid, thank you very much for the great information, it was very helpful to me.
Guys, i want to ask you another thing - what kind of oil do you use in your bikes ? In the manual there are listed some oils with different viscosity...which do you prefer ? And tell me the brand you like also...

hey scorpio, I started with a 10/40 but when the motor got hot lots of little noises, so I just changed to 20/50 after consulting the air cooled guru around here now she seems to run alittle better and less noise, I went for a 2 hr ride this morning with no problems (except for the non waving harley folks)and tonight I'll try to make the fireworks (if my buzz dies and it don't rain) sorry too many partys in my neighbor hood

Scorpio...a quality multi-grade will do (I don't have any idea what is available in Bulgaria!), either 10W40 or 20W50. The critical factor is changing the oil/filter on a regular basis (every 5000 kms or so).

Here you can find engine oil of almost all the brands and grades , i wish it was so with the motorcycle parts ...
Anyway Mcdroid, what you prefer 10W-40 or 20W-50 ?

Castrol GTX 20W50... and personally, with as bike as old as yours, I'd avoid any of the synthetic oils (I'm sure some one will argue with me about that ).

Yeah, use of synthetic oils (in an older bike) may lead to (or so rumor has it) leaks, particularly if not all gaskets and seals are replaced.
