Yeah so the bodged repair on the broken shifter boss didn't work. Have a spare used motor in, with plans to rebuild other motor in the future. Finally got a test run in after lots of long evenings geez I think I've spent more money than this bike is worth by now.
Here is kind of an updated pic, fairings won't be going on till everything else is sorted.
