New guy with a 1979 KZ13

Hey my name is Jeremiah, I own a 1979 KZ1300. I am in the process of getting it up and running to speed and have put some money into it, but I love the bike and the rarity of it. Just put a new starter and manual cam chain tensioner in it, amongst other things. I am a member of Customfighters.com and love that forum but I wanted to go more bike specific, since parts are a difficult thing to come by. Also I love to see others with bikes like or similar to mine, not everyday but it is nice to see other KZ's.

This is my third street bike, my first was an 04 SV1000, and my second was an 07 GSXR 750.

I recently got out of the military and the pay cut forced me to sell the GSXR, but when I found the KZ I had to grab it.

I hope to learn a lot and look forward to seeing all the awesome bikes.

Here are a bunch of pics from when I first bought it, I took off the stickers and mirrors, and put in a black battery, since these were taken. But they are great pics, thanks for the welcome guys.
