Have never figured out the reason for it, but on seemingly random occasions, a supposed picture download shows up on my screen as a blank white box with a small red x mark inside a small box in the upper left hand corner of the larger box. :(

Right clicking on the x results in a drop down screen with several options available, including "Show Picture." But clicking on the "Show Picture" option never does anything, and the picture never shows.

And that's what happened when I opened the first post in this thread. The text was there along with the empty white box and infamous small red x mark (where the KZ1100 should have shown). :pinch:

Am using Windows XP home edition and having the same issue when using Windows ME.

Is there an easy fix? :S

Don't ax me, cuz that's exactly what happens to this windows XP too. Guess we sit back and they will tell? I have a cool 82 KZ 1100, looks like a fire engine with all its red, but right now Im out in the shop, just took a battery box out of the oven and am installing the new rubber kit. Im still trying to get this pic download on KZR right, its almost as if they make it hard just to give one something to figure out.

Here's one way to post a picture that's already loaded inside your computer, probably in your "My Documents" folder or "My Pictures" folder.

Below the Message box (where you are typing the new text to be posted) is a "Browse" button with a blank box to the left of the "Browse" button.

Click on the "Browse" button, and your "My Documents" or "My Pictures" folder should appear with thumbnails of whatever's in there.

Click on the thumbnail (a KZ1100 picture for instance) you want to post, then click "open" and the screen shifts back to the Message posting box.

To the left of the Browse button, some text appears identifying the picture you want to post.

Then click on the [immg] button located on right side of Browse button.

The "[immg]" appears inside the Message box, and can be relocated anywhere desired (via cut and paste). The picture itself does not appear.

When finished, just cross your fingers and click the "submit" button.

The new post should show the picture.

This method won't work to show more than a single picture in the post. If you try for more than one, the first one just repeats itself.

To get two or more pictures in the same post requires using an online photo program or some other method.

So how about a picture of that KZ1100? :)
