I knew a guy who had a problem with drunks peeing on his truck. An electric fence charger fixed the problem. (lived near a bar) Now, I know the TV program that tested a bunch of things said a person would not get shocked by peeing on an electric fence but they didn't test a weed wacker grade fence charger. The problem was resolved. Then he moved.
