I do small arms ammunition for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) & the USMC. Been working for DOD for 27 years and I agree; retirement is starting to look good. Got 5 years to go; minimum.

I spent a few years attached to 5th sog in early to mid 80s,retirement is highly over rated(mostly boring!
Ive been retired 2-3 times now and keep finding myself back out in the field trying to keep myself entertained . B)

Thank god I have decent instincts, cause I gotta leave a note on the steering wheel so I know where to go in the morning! I have spent the last 5 years or so installing control systems, I enjoy the challenge but I need to get some things structured MY way.(hate my job)

I feel your pain,Ive always had the wrong way and my way philosophy when it comes to wiring/plumbing or anything else I do. :woohoo:

I work in a small Kawasaki dealership as a parts & service mananger. I've been in the motorcycle industry for 17 years and besides the rude people, love what I do. I've got a college degree but never pursued a job with that--just got stuck in the shop i guess.

Just the man I need to speak to, LOL! Do you know anything about FIN's (Functional Identification Numbers) for a an A320. I have a project I'm working on to load a new aircraft in to the system using a data disk supplied by AIRBUS. But need to educate myself on how FIN's are interpreted with regards to part position on the A/C (left, right, center, etc...) Could you point me to the right document? Not a KZ question, but what the heck, nothing to lose by asking. ;)

I'm currently a student, I'll be graduating with my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from K-State in may (fingers crossed). After that I'll be designing combines for AGCO Corporation, and riding the crap out of my motorcycle once it's back together!
