I took of the cap today for measure the Ø on the spacer, if you take a look on the photo below you can see that the progressive spring is quite heigh and the cap is pushing it some down today, guess I will be able to push 20-30mm exstra.

It is 5,6mm up from the washer to the top of the work (no weight on the front suspension).

I also added some more photos of the brake lines, they goes straight down from the trippel three.

I guess the main problem is that the lines goes stright down and not have a angle as some off you have comment.

I came up with a idea today, what if I use a stiff pipe to push the line away from each other and have a plastic cable strip?

Clever idea
 Questions   How does it work thru out the total fork travel ?
                    Will it slide up or down the brake lines from road vibrations ,bumps , or wind evenly and or unevenly and foul you up ?

Good points, will check the travel length when I get the bike out and maybe adjust, but I think it’s heigh enougf.

vibration should not be a problem, its rock solid strapped to the lines.
