Hello all, I have my right hand side fork leaking so it’s time for a rebuild. I see on the z1 enterprises page they list the top dust cover, one seal below that, a bolt, and a copper washer. Is there anything else that I need more than this? What kind of oil do you all use for your forks? What PSI should the forks be placed at?

The oil spec is in the factory Kawasaki manual for your bike.  If you don't have one there are a lot of manuals for free download here in the Articles tab at the top of the forum.  For most KZ's 10 or 15 weight oil is appropriate.  In term of air pressure, the best answer is zero psi.  Get some new fork springs from Sonic and ditch the air.  The forks will ride better with less seal stiction.
