zxr750/zx7/zx9 three spokes are a popular swap and a favourite of mine as most retain the cable speedo drive but you won't get them to fit the stock KZ fork and swingarm and the rear will need an offset front sprocket and rear carrier mods for chain alignment.
As for tyre sizes on the stock rims you should fit the recommended widths.
Going wider will only cause tyre wall flex and ruin the already borderline handling.

Unfortunately, you really need to know what you're doing to do these swaps correctly, It also helps if you have access to a lathe and mill, nothing is bolt on ready.
Leave your stock tire sizes, oversized tires on any rim is not good for handling.....
