Are the police frames different? Swingarm pivot size? From Z1 / KZ's? I had one on a KZ for a while till it sold quick when an old city house I used for a warehouse garage sold in middle of winter about 9-10 yrs. ago. It was a nice plan for a conversion?

That’s nice , that’s what I’m shooting for or close anyway. The KZP pivot bolt is 16mm OD and the 636 arm ID is 20mm, that’s with its stock bearing and sleeve left in.

The pivot is 9.5" wide not 9". Had to shave mine to fit so I wouldn't have to change the Z1 frame.

My stock arm is 9 1/4” metal to metal, the other is 9 1/4” from the rubber seals on each end , if u go metal to metal it’s bout 9 1/8”.

I was trying to mock all this up this morning before work, I have the 530 front sprocket on no off set yet, was figuring that today to the swing arm still has a 520 sprocket but figured it wouldn’t matter if the string ran on the backside of the sprocket if I done it right I need an 5/8 off set, I have a 17 t at the moment. But it seems that I would have to all but have the swing arm straight ( hardly no angle) for the chain to clear the swing arm pivot tube is this correct, cause if it is it’s gonna sit low in the back versus the front with the wheel I have.

I found a metal sleeve I cut to length for the pivot bolt it’s 16mm Id and 20mm of. It’s tight no play once torque down.
