good job both you and the help you got from F64... its charging but to much. at 4k it should be between 14 and 15 volts... you gonna have to check the regulator

Thanks, i will go for a spin shortly.
I have a second regulator i can try swapping if the voltage is too high.

It seemed to mellow out to around 15 16 on the most recent readings.

I’ll let you know !

carful that's high enough to blow out fuses and bulbs at sustained rpm... Might want to charge batt completely before you push your luck... I think though even if the battery is low the charging system shouldn't go above 15 volts...

I went for a ride.
Rode it around the block, checked the meter at idle, 12.7
Revved it up to 4500, sustained around 13.7 volts .

I was confident i wouldn’t end up stranded and I ended up spinning around The west end of Toronto.
Zero problems. Bike runs amazingly like a clock.
This was my first real ride since i tore her down afew months ago and it felt great.

HUGE Thank you To you guys for helping me through my issues. I’ll be sure to make a post if anything else comes up.

Thanks all.
