just got my flange nuts today... got the pipe installed.. had to get a new bolt for connecting megaphone to my shock mount.... actually used bracket off my old pipe.. was a little easier to bolt up... didn't like having to put to much pressure forcing the new bracket to bolt up... took the inside or small baffle insert out before installing... bike really sounds awesome... has a really deep sound like a high end sports car???? not tinny at all, really deep sound... everything about the pipe seems to be top quality... no short cut's.. still haven't taken pic's yet but I will... just been busy with work and now mowing season.... if I were to be nit picky about anything.. it would be that the megaphone angles outward just a tad more than I would prefer... but all in all a first class pipe!!~! thank you: Delkevic for a nice pipe at a very fair price...

Thanks for posting. On the LH side, does the pipe stick out past the frame? Where it bends around the filter? Some pictures looked like it might.

Hey Jeff, do they make a set for the KZ550A?

I bought a 650 set and really liked the sound, fit and finish of the Delks. R

I am buying a set, just so I can cut them up and use the top tubes coming down straight, then finish them off for my low rider. with only 5 inches of ground clearance. I am gonna ditch the V/H sidewinder.
I contacted the company in Denver 6 months ago, asked to buy just the 4 down tubes. They said sorry, no. They are built in the U.K and shipped here. Luckily I have a connection to a stainless steel manufacturing facility. Elmar Industries. And we have a hydraulic tubing bender. I have some 1 1/2" stock
Can someone tell me the exact O.D. of there tubing? 1.500" less? 1.400"? 1.450"
Thanks

Livin in "CheektaVegas, NY

More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,
Old faithful! Points ign. Bendix Orig. carb.

They sell just the downtubes and the separate collector on eBay...no muffler, $237.95 shipped. Not sure if Z1E sells one that way?

Or maybe you were asking for un-bent down tubes? I can see where they wouldn't have those if they're made in the UK.
