HA yeaa we have a love of the church windows over here, i  actually have something, that i will defiantly will not be using, what are you leaning to on the seat? i have a Zephyr1100 seat cover, brand new, was goin to use it for a project but changed my mind on it, yours if it is any good to you.

I won't really know what I need until the seat pan is done, but the seat will definitely be a lot shorter than the 1100 - will be a single seater. , don't want anybody on the back of this one.

Will almost certainly have to get the seat cover made, but thanks anyway.

Frame is off getting welded for the last time...

Got the frame back.

 


 Did the back end myself - changed the brackets to a straight bar and just plugged the end of the tubes. Welds are a little bit better with the reading glasses.

Being able to clearly see the weld puddle, and the seam, makes a remarkable difference in weld quality.

Just curious, have you installed the swing arm, the rim and tire you are going to use along with the shocks without their springs and check to make sure nothing will come in contact with your tire throughout the whole range of suspension travel??

The rear end upswept frame looks like to have a lot of space left for the suspention travel and tire/fender clearance.

I haven't taken the springs out but the clearance under the tail section would allow the springs to fully compress. I'll double check again later though, thanks.
