Wow that's bad. Was it stored outside without plugs in it?

Are you planning to re-use those pistons?

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

We LOL's when we saw that! Not unlike what we found on The Wounded Z, a '74 barn/outdoor find stored 30* years in the PNW. It took us seven hours to get the jugs lifted off of one particular piston in similar condition to the rusty #1 enough to push the piston pin out from under the sleeve. A press was needed to push the piston the rest of the way out.

Do we see here cutting the domes out with a holesaw? Interesting concept if so, and ingenious!

Abandoned outside without head.

Are you planning to re-use those pistons?

Piston cylinder clearance exceeds limits.
