Have a 81 kz650 that I took the exhaust off, really rusty. Just wanna know what 4 into 2 exhaust will fit and bolt up without much problem.

A new set of dual pipes is going to be a bit tough to find for your bike. If yours aren't rusted through or badly dented you may want to consider having the replated, ceramic coated, or painted. If they are rusted through you may be able to find a set of used pipes on eBay that can be replated, painted, etc., but finding a used set with excellent chrome will probably take along time. Also, you may want to post the question on forums.kz650.info . Ed

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI'm in the same boat with my 650. Original exhaust looks okay but is rusted out internally. I bought a used set off CL which looks worse but is solid internally.
I found another set by MAC that looks pretty good but not identical to my model year on eBay. Hmmm. On my phone & can't paste url.
Look at this on eBay
Still not exactly cheap but better than all the used/original exhausts i've found.
