Sounds great pal,...keep up the good work. I wish my project was moving along that nicely. Once I get past the hurdle of being able to buy all the necessary engine-build components, everything should start to move much more easily..........................Mike

COKID wrote: Quick update. Replaced fork seals and cleaned and lubed fork stem bearings. Need to add 10 weight fork oil. Rebuilt front and rear master cylinders. Rebuilt front caliper. Need new seals to complete rear caliper rebuild. Replaced front pitted piston. Replaced one rear caliper piston. Replaced turn signal lamps and reused stems. Rewired turn signals.
Bought cast wheels, and 4-2 exhaust. Bought used seat to use during shakedown. Cleaned petcock, but need new seals.
Still waiting on my hardware to be returned from plating.
Funds are low due to new bathroom costs and Christmas etc etc. eventually I'll get new tires mounted and all the misc rubber bits seals and hoses cabling etc. doing all labor like polishing and painting. Rust removal and the like. Also need new handle bars. It's cleaning up nicely.
Regards,
COKID

Build is going good. Almost done. Rebuilt master cylinders, calipers, carbs. Almost there. Found starter relay bad. It really is in good shape. I've been so busy that I just can't seem to finish. The rear tire I put on might be to big. I might get another rear tire. The chain guard won't fit. Haven't filled the master cylinders and bled brakes yet. Oil is changed. Clutch feels good. Have to flush tank as well. All electrical is good.

COKID

Surprised it so long for them to finally make those. People have been asking about them for years here.
