A little progress update, I got some mini aluminum turn signals mounted up in the stock locations. I was able to use the mounting hardware from the original signals to get everything fitted properly. I retrofitted them with amber LEDs and installed an electronic LED flasher unit. I like that they look kind of stock and not "flashy".

I've got an LED tail light and a matching set of turn signals for the front coming for it. That should be the last part I need to mount to be able to start riding it a little. I'd like to put around 100 miles on it to figure out any mechanical issues before I tear the whole thing apart to paint it.

No problem. They look great! I'm liking those clubman bars too.

Thanks man, they were a cheap and much needed upgrade over the stock bars. Kinda leans the bike more towards sport and less toward cruiser IMO. I ordered them from amazon for under 30$ I'm pretty sure.

Not sure if you had road tested those gauges yet but I clocked a 28 mile loop the other day and I re-clocked it yesterday... Exactly 28 miles. I also idle at 1200 rpm and run at 4000 rpm @ 60mph which are the same readings I got with the old gauges.

Good to know they are accurate. I've only been able to ride it around the block since I put the gauges on, but the speedo seemed to work. The tach works good every time I start the engine.

Tail light and license plate bracket mounted. I need to convert the tail light to use LED bulbs.
