I just received Mine last evening. 3 days from order to delivery. I was not disappointed in the Pipe. The welds are flawless, the finish Top notch.
I am restoring/Moding An 1980 Kz750E1, and looked first at the KEREKER. This was my first choice. but 800,00 is crazy! The Delkevic.. $354.00 Delivered.
There tow things That I would prefer on this System. The first is this Pipe is Made in CHINA.The company Logo implies, or suggest a made in USA.but the manufacture sealed/Tape says Mad in China..Id still buy it if I knew. The other is the Baffle. While it is Neat that it has a removable secondary Baffle I don't like the Flat exposed end. The Kerks is a Revers Megaphone, Conical in shape. They had several sizes, and the Race core was the perfect amount of sound..for me.
Way better tham MAC,a nd V&H

Agreed on all points of what has been said. 2.5" OD outlet for the mid-pipe. This is what I did.

Nice! Is there still some sort of a baffle in there? If you decide to offer this as a service to members let me know.

Well, my bike has a custom exhaust mount so it is slightly one off. The muffler is a perforated core with packing much like most aftermarket exhaust. You go this route, it will bark. Cone Engineering ( www.coneeng.com ) make these mufflers in a variety of sizes and styles. Get yourself a 2.5" and slip it in with a t-bolt clamp. You will need to figure out a hanger and get it supported. I just TIG'd the mid pipe and muffler together for one seamless unit and designed a mount and TIG'd that to the muffler. Lots of options.

Gotta say I'm a big fan of what Delkevic has done quality and price wise. Lots to love there! B)

I'm not a huge fan of the design/style of the swoopy header and mid pipe, but that's just me. I'm not crazy about the Kerker either. I know... blasphemy!!

I totally love what Cory's done with the Delkevic pipe though! :cheer: The Cone Engineering can is a wonderful addition! B)

I wanted to do it more like your bike Drooz, just couldn't seem to make it happen, I like Cory's a lot too. I wanted to ride so I went with this, the sound is very deep, winters comin.....changes here and there I'm sure.
