Hello again from Slovenija.
I will start bitter - sweet project Kawasta . I have restored Kawa Z1000H and I have spare frame and engine with documents. Donator bikes Will be KAWAsaki Z1000H 1980 and MV aguSTA F4 1000 2008
Does anybody have any experience with widening frame and inserting one sided swingarm . MV's swingarm is about 2,5cm wider then Kawasakis. I hope I'll get some informations or I'll learn hard way. Thanks in advance.
Simon

I do not. I will tell you that the tank in the top pic looks to have original paint and pinstripes may be worth money. Would be a shame to see it sanded off and wasted when it could be used for a restore project. Cool project, i'm curious to see how it turns out. Good luck.

I think he means the black bike is the one he just restored, but has an extra frame left over and engine. Or were you referring to the blue tank? The swing arm swap sounds like it is going to be on the extra frame and engine. Don't want to put words in your mouth Z900750sei. Is what I said sound about right?

Do you also have a Benelli 750 SEI six? Would live to see a picture of it.

Yes Joe the blue tank. That looks like stock paint and stripes for a 77 KZ1000a1. Diamond Sky Blue. I wish the PO of my bike would not have painted over mine.

Yesterday I began with widening frame and put in two reinforcements. With SSSA instaled I Will see where to weld carrier for the rear suspension.

would it been easier to remove some material from the swing arm to fit into the frame?
