very cool 210!

while gusseting would be nice.it's not worth slowing the project down and ruining the pc job imho.

a 1075 kit sounds like a good cure for the cylinders and pistons  .

keep us posted,

I'm cutting and beveling the stock so when I pull the head this time, I can weld them in. I'm tired of living with the notorious frame flex.

Seems life kept getting in the way of this project but its finally moving under it's own power!

Since the last update I've moved to 2 different provinces, and got the bike finally brought over to the house. Dad had rebuilt the engine but was only getting 60psi across 3 of 4 cylinders. Once I pulled it apart, fixed some ring gap issues and retimed the engine it fired right up with proper compression!

At this point it's just finish up some small stuff and paint the bodywork.

Also came across a 2003 636 partout so am grabbing the rear crossmember with shock, rear brake and wheel, front forks with triple trees and brakes for $200. Going to have to do some searching on the all balls site for the proper adapter bearings but seems like a pretty good deal in the end!

Not a whole lot of progress but started doing some of the bodywork. Painted it Ford Oxford White with a blue pearl clearcoat. Dont have any close up pictures of the bodywork since my camera couldnt pick up the pearl very well.

Need to finish some sanding on the tank, paint everything, then this thing will be taking a little spin around the block!
