B) I think that was the last "long night" of building. The construction is done. Everything works. The shocks will be back from the suspension shop in two weeks, and I can get the plate. Its going to a show in the spring where I can relax and talk instead of staying up all night trying to figure out how to build this part or that part.

You've kept me a member to this site for how long? It was worth it. Bike looks tits, and who doesn't like tits? Great job.

Looking great! How does it ride?
Did you ever figure out a mount system for the steering damper?
And did you paint your engine silver or just clear coat?..

2 wheels are heaven!

Thanks for the great read!

The steering damper has a mount built into the steering stop, and I have not installed a damper yet.

Troy was a great help in the beginning, Troy is not afraid of any project, and helped a great deal with the GSXR language. It is "tits" Troy, thanks for your help.

Thank all of you who have posted encouragement. there have been a few nights I wanted to hook a tow strap to it, and drag it down the street.

Can't wait for spring.

Thank you z900750sei.

Another question asked was about the engine finish. It is ALL polished. This task is not for the weak, it took two winters pinging away first with a file to remove casting marks, then sandpaper down to 1000 grit, followed by polishing with a dremel in some smaller places, and a buffer in the larger areas.

This is the view from the opposite side. normally it is so close to the work bench that I cannot get a photo. The Ohlins shocks are out getting rebuilt, so never mind the aluminum strut. It is just supporting the bike while I wait for the shocks.
