The Zephyr clutch is available but all the other bits needed including new bearings totals to around $340 ish.
Kicker is pressing the outside gear that connects the clutch basket needs to be pressed into place on the motor.
I'm going to need to figure out how later...
Once this ZRX is running I can circle back.
Don't need two major projects blown apart in the garage right now at the same time.
FOCUS!
I need a running bike by the end of the month or have to punt on a planned rally in Kernville.
My own fault ignoring this till now. Not looking good for the rally at the moment.

Better to be shot out of a cannon then squeezed through a tube. - HST

Well I have all the parts here for the starter clutch replacement. ZRX is running fine with plenty of other mods on that in the works.

Time to clean up the garage benches and get this refresh on the ZR motor started.
