rick the header is ok i'am going to take it off and maybe trade it for a set oem pipe's the cut them or have some make a two into one on one side then the other side the same i like two pipes vs one i will get you a pic of the hole thing

Thats what i have already, i like the 4 into 2 but i'm making a brake light and plate mount on the left side of my swingarm and want to balance the bike with a 4 into 2 but with both coming out on the right side...this is how she looks wso far, need to figure out how to bring them both to the right.

A cheap way to fix this would be to find a 650 or 750 rolling chassis. Since you already have good paper for your bike you could just grind off the numbers of the frame on the roller, weld it back, smooth and re-stamp the numbers from your bike. There always seem to be plenty of old nearly complete bikes around without titles that can be had on the cheap. Where are you located?
