After many years of talk it begins.

i did a similar swap to what galaxian did i believe, removed kz stem from tree ,cut zx7 stem flush with tree and pressed kz one in i also pinned all three together with a 21/2x.250 dowel pin and welded the two stems together on the inside then pressed on a new set of tpered roller bearings from z1 enterprise(thanks for the super fast service) and then it bolted the whole thing took about 5 hours start to finish.im hoping to start the rear end this weekend....:blush: and thanks all for the compliments

moved to the next stage on sunday the swing just needs a little shimin and it will be all set not sure on mono mount yet got a few ideas im thrown aroun we,ll see what happens




any ideas on the mono mount would be great i did a search and found some but im lookin for some better pics to help me visualize my set up.
