Well, I've got a KZ1000 manual in PDF form that I found on the internet and downloaded, and I don't even have a 1000.

Check the Filebase as part of the forum.

The following site has a manual for the 1000-A2 et al.
I haven't downloaded it, so I don't know if it is the complete manual or just a supplement.
and I don't know if it is appropriate for your model.

If you have the manual for the 77 B1, motor stuff is exactly the same as for a 78 B2, especially when it pertains to the valves.....it is not a micrometer that you need, what you must have is a set of feeler gauges....where are you located?

I will have the Kawasaki KZ1000 KZ1100 Service Manual in a few days.
That will be good :)
I will make it in PDF and share it, because it's impossible to find on the net actually.

I'm in a small French island near Canada : Saint-Pierre et Miquelon ;)

Post a link to the manual you ordered or the manual part number from the back cover.
A KZ1000/1100 manual may not be correct for your Ltd. ???
