It may be something simple or the igniter could be shorted on that one leg. Might have to get a Dyna S and move on.

OK. Let me make a point.
First of all i get a professional bench meter..
I have 750 ohm in my pickupcoil wires. Both :(
Is it shot?

Then i measured again the coil voltage.
If i use the black meter probe on the frame, at ground, i have +12volts to both side.
If i use only the wires, i have voltage only at the right coil, as i said before.

Why i have to measure voltage with black probe on the ground, if i will have my coils attached to te wires?
The coils need to be good groundend then?

I tryed to test my igniter too. I cant read anything else than a flickering "19.999" on the meter. :(

Your manual will have the procedure for testing the igniter. Invariably they will also say if it tests good but still doesn't work, switch it with a known good unit. :pinch: I had a 175 years ago. No matter what I did, it still wouldn't fire. I found a used one and rode that bike until the top end blew. I wish I'd kept it.

Having watched this thread, replace the coils. I have no answer for the mysterious vacuum problem. When 180 out of timing, of time these pop and backfire with nasty noises, so I am guessing he put it back together correctly. My guess is if not a rebuild fault this(coil/electrical) is were the problem lies. I can't even tell from the thread if its running on all cylinders. Video would be nice, hard to diagnose from text. Either way my experience with these impossible problems is that it is usually a simple explanation. Given that the problem was there before rebuild it makes sense that the affected component was broken before and after the rebuild, Leads me to coils first, then stator/rectifier faults, wiring on and on electrical. Wish there was some vid for sound and sight. R

i will do a video as soon as possible, as we said i need to find the carb orings and the float needles.
today i retest my ic igniter, it is a tragedy: i have all readings alot out of range the manual indicate.
the coils seems fine.
the pickup coil seems fine.

i'm planning to properly set the carburetors, and then i have to find a good ic igniter (since it's out of range i want to change it in any case)

another funny things i found today is a pilot jet out of his thread, laying in the bottom of the bowl .... damn. i pulled to clean/check the carbs amillion time, so the last time i did it i forget to thighten it   ....
the idle TAATTAM TAATTAM TATATTAM PROBLEM tanyway is always present, dropped jet or less...

I've done that. Bear in mind a Dyna S is about $130 so if you find a part, you might have to get one anyway in time.

you mean 130 dollars for a complete ignition system?

No coils but you use your advance with their rotor.

I got mine from Z1E but had a bad rotor after 2 years and they sent me a new one for $25.
