OK all done - got myself a Dropbox account - file is 397.4 Meg - done with 7 Zip on the Ultra compression setting.
7 Zip File has password
PM me for dropbox link and pass - you will need Nero Burn software for ISO to CD. (made with Nero 8) ;)

Thanks Zephyrrider

Download only took 4 or 5 minutes. I also downloaded Winzip to extract the file but when I download a trial version of Nero AVG antivirus didn't like it so I cancelled at that point.
I'm hoping I can avoid paying $75 US / $100 Canadian for Nero by converting the .nrg file to a an ISO image file and burning a CD with Roxio which I have . Not even sure if that's an option but at least I have your file while I try to figure it out.

Thanks again

I got everything downloaded and the CD burned but can't open the viewing software on my 64 bit machine. I have several older computers around but I haven't had time to try them out yet. Thanks again for sharing!

What about uploading to google drive? if you have an account with any of google's sites (youtube, gmail, docs, etc..) you can use it for free. You can choose weather to have the file private or shared.

Just an update which might help others

Dropbox worked fine. I've used it before for other stuff and one does not need an account for downloading.
The downloaded and unzipped file is a .nrg file which is proprietary to Nero, I dont have Nero and didn't want to purchase it but I do have Roxio which works on ISO files. I googled "nrg to ISO" and quickly found a small free utility/ program which converted the nrg file to an ISO file. I used Roxio to burn image to CD/DVD .

I put the disc back in the drive and can see 22 files including a Word document with setup instructions. Unfortunately this computer is 64 bit so the parts program is not compatible but I have an older laptop buried in the basement which I will dig out and charge up later.
