No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationthe company is called MotoGP Werks. they build those stainless pipes in small batches and sell them on ebay. I snatched one up for $550 a while back for my 1000 project, i have yet to run it but the fit and finish is excellent, a great deal for the quality IMO. Looks like they dont have any of the Yosh 1 style but there is one on ebay right now in the later yosh style.

Docto Rot is correct. Send MotoGP Werks and email if you want one. Sometimes they have one but don't show it for sale.

I believe they are out. They had about 4 left about 2 months ago. I also picked one up. I have a video of one in my build (link is in my signature), it is one Triangula has on his bike he posted on you tube.

I have been working on mine for 3 yrs. been togehter and apart about 4 times. always find something else that i don't like or want to change.
Heres a couple pics ofhte last time it was together.
Have the same ZRX1100 rear swing & tire set up.
Used a 2004 636 front end. THat was a PROJECT!! cut out old steer tube that was damaged, fabbed my own and installed. Alignement tooks months of measurements!! ARGH!
I am sure I will have many questions for you on your wiring as that is NOT my strong point!!
great looking ride you have created! Thanks for sharing!

Well
Installed the flatslides, synched them. It started right up. The carbs feel right I think the jetting is dam close.
I rode it around the neighborhood, as I do not have lights on it yet.
It runs. Rode it around for ten or fifteen minutes. This is the first time I have actually ridden this thing since the project started. Feels really good. vibration is minimal, the bike pulls hard. It was awesome.

Then I blew a 15 amp fuse. Ok well we made a huge step forward today. I guess it is time to put lights on it and make sure there are no bare hot wires left over.

This is the main use from the battery, I am wondering what the rest of you use, it may be that I should have a 30 amp fuse here.

Not sure.

Congrats on the first ride. :woohoo: :woohoo:
the stock fuse size is a 20 amp. also check to see if the fuse burnt in the normal fashion(across the fuse link) or if it burnt a leg off.

I'm betting there will be an explanation but what causes it to fail in one way versus the other?

Mark !!

Thank you thank you. The 20 amp ting will make me sleep better. the fuse blew after the first hard pull on the throttle, so if it supposed to be twenty amps, there may have just been a little too much juice for the 15 amp.

I was just dam happy to ride it after all this time. So I put it away. The odd thing is the fuse took some time to burn, the bike sputtered twice then quit. Like a real slow burn through.

Here is a photo of the burndt fuse... I am sooo glad you are still around. You have a wealth of knowledge.
